The terms, plainly

One milestone: The client pays a single agreed milestone — set at scope-lock, held until approval. No moving targets.
Service fee: 10%, buyer-side — the client covers it. You quote your rate; you keep your rate.
Paid on approval: Approval releases the milestone straight to your payout account. Deliver, then get paid — not before, not after.
