What happens next

A person on our Trust & Safety desk reviews every report. The platform never acts automatically on a report — nothing is taken down by an algorithm on your say-so alone.

When a valid takedown is confirmed, the listing is unpublished and its creator is notified. Repeat infringers accrue strikes; crossing the policy threshold flags the account for termination on human review — again, confirmed by a person, never auto-terminated.

Filing knowingly false reports — DMCA notices included — is itself a violation and may carry liability under the law.
