XicoCity · El corte · What you keep
0% seller commissionEl corte.
When a CDMX night ends, the house does el corte — counts the till, settles the cut. Here is ours, in the open: what a buyer pays, what the platform takes, and what you keep. Set your price; you receive it whole. The 10% service fee rides on top of the buyer's total — it is never carved out of your cut.
you keep = your list price · buyer pays = list + 10% service fee · the platform's cut = that 10%, buyer-side
The moment · el corte
The reconciliation sheet, computed live from the same fee the checkout charges. Read down the gold column: what you keep is always your list price — the cut sits on the buyer's side of the line.

The terms, plainly
- 0% seller commission
- You set the price; you receive it in full — $100.00 on a $100.00 listing. The platform takes nothing out of your side.
- 10% service fee
- 10%, buyer-side — added on top at checkout, so a $100.00 price rings up at $110.00. The buyer covers it, not you.
- Paid via Connect
- Your cut lands in your own Stripe Connect account on sale, then pays out on your Stripe schedule. Your money, your account, your timing.
Every sale is traced
The moat isn't only the work — it's the record. Every money movement writes a payout ledger row the moment it happens: trace every money-moving event is an invariant of the building, not a report we run later. Your earnings view reads that ledger; nothing about your money is off the books.
What we don't fake
We don't promise "instant" payout we don't control. Your cut reaches your Connect balance on the sale; when it leaves for your bank is Stripe's schedule, not our marketing. And the fee shown here is the fee charged — one number, no fine print, no processing surcharge hidden below the fold.
◆ Zero commission, one buyer-side fee, every movement on the ledger — the cut, counted in the open.
